What we do
Pick one service or all of them. We do the boring foundational work right so the lawn keeps looking good between visits.

Crisp, deliberate edges along beds, walks, and drives. String-trim everywhere the mower can’t reach. No shortcuts on the side yard.

Hand-pull weeds out of the gravel. Trim agave, lantana, sage, oleander at the right time. Refresh decomposed granite where it’s thinned out.

Post-monsoon cleanup, spring reset, mesquite-pod and palm-frond removal. The big two visits a year that reset everything.

Find the bubbler that’s missing the tree, the broken drip line behind the agave, the controller programmed wrong since last summer.

Mesquite, palo verde, citrus, and palms. Trimmed at the right time of year — not just whenever someone calls.

Wind and rain move the rock. We bring it back, top it up, re-set the depth so beds look fresh and the weeds give up.

Shaped, not shaved. Oleander, sage, bougainvillea, hopbush — pruned so they keep their form between visits.

The standard, not the slogan
We named the company “Proper Care” on purpose. It’s the standard we hold ourselves to on every visit. Most yards don’t need fancy — they need someone who actually finishes the job. Here’s what that means in practice, and the four places almost every other crew cuts corners.
Most crews skip
A dull blade.
A dull blade tears the tip of every grass blade — that yellow look on Tuesday morning is dull-blade burn. We sharpen weekly and check at every pickup. The lawn keeps its color through Wednesday and Thursday because of it.
Most crews skip
The side yard.
The side strip behind the AC unit, the gate corner, the spot the mower won’t fit. That’s where weeds win. We string-trim it weekly. If the front is sharp and the side yard is shaggy, the whole property reads as half-finished.
Most crews skip
The driveway blow.
A two-minute blower pass is the difference between “they were here” and “the yard looks great.” Clippings off the concrete, walkways clear, gate latched. We’re not done until that pass is done.
Most crews skip
Reading the season.
Mow height goes up in May and stays up through monsoon — the lawn keeps its moisture and never gets scalped in 110° heat. Drip schedules change four times a year. The wrong height in July is how a yard turns brown.
If your last crew got any of those four wrong — that’s why you’re looking.

How it works
We try to make hiring us boring in the best way — predictable, quiet, easy to explain to your spouse.
We come out, listen to what you want, and look at what the lawn actually needs. No high-pressure quotes, no surprises.
You get a flat per-visit price the same day. That number is what shows up on the invoice — no add-ons.
Once we start, the same two-person crew shows up the same morning every week. Quiet, on-time, gate latched.

Most of these are weekly customers. The lawn looks like this between our visits — that’s the point.

In their words
Some of the long-time customers who put up with us showing up every week, rain or shine.
Alex is very dependable and reasonably priced. Takes very good care of my yard and I never have to chase him down to come back out.

Attentive and consistently reliable. Shows up on the same day every week, the work is clean, and the side yard gets the same attention as the front. That used to not be the case with the last guy.

We had three crews in the last two years. Alex is the first one I’ve actually wanted to keep. Nothing fancy — he just does the work properly and shows up.
