Proper Care Landscaping has been doing lawn, irrigation, and tree work across the NW Phoenix valley since 2016. Owner-operated by Alex — the same person who answers the phone, walks the property, and shows up the same morning every week.

Our story
Started in 2016.Still here.
Alex started Proper Care Landscaping in 2016 out of El Mirage. The name was deliberate. Most yards in this valley don’t need fancy — they need someone who actually finishes the job. Sharp blade. Edge the side yard. Blow the driveway clean. Latch the gate. The standard is in the company name.
Today the crew is two to three people, all of whom have been here long enough to know which Sun City streets get touchy about clipping piles and which Surprise HOAs measure the weed barrier. Same crew on your property every visit. No rotating subcontractors.
We don’t use chemicals near edibles without asking. We don’t upsell. The lawn either looks good on Tuesday morning or it doesn’t — and most of our customers came from a neighbor pointing across the fence. We’d like to keep it that way.
